Pros

- unique in living its company values - benefit for employees are outstanding (it includes but not limited to) + profit sharing program (Moxa is not promoting it, it comes by surprise.....not in the contract) + sponsored culture travel for every employee + cinema, concert tickets, books - headquarter maintain the Monday morning reading hour (bring a not job related book and study) ..... no politics unique place, great team potential strong hiring criteria to keep the company clean (no job hoppers, strong character is a must (see values)) Honest constructive feedback is appreciated. Recommendations are welcome. The board is willing to listen

Cons

- the way forced ranking is practiced is a stick principle -advice: try the carrot - only place that makes decision is the board - empowerment is unknown in this company

Pros

The company tries extremely hard at building a world-class business. It has shifted global resources to specific business areas that it thinks will improve processes and customer retention, and has its hear tin the right place. Moxa has a very good health and benefit system, a company bonus structure that is for the most part fair. It's tough to get in as the company works hard to hire and retain the right people

Cons

Unfortunately, there is a giant communication and execution gap between the Taiwan office and its regional offices - yes, I know this exists all over but at Moxa this gap becomes a unspoken sore point to employees that don't drink the kool-aid, and obvious to customers that see us scrambling constantly to get our different business groups and cultures lined up to win consistent global business. I do think there is a glass ceiling at Moxa, if you are not part of the existing power structure it is very difficult to get inside based on your achievements alone.
