Good if you have no other Jobs and has to accept something. Good if you have planned for short term and you know what you have to work on Good it has only 5% variable pay and paid quarterly.
Cons
Honestly speaking this is not recommended organization for senior folks(L7) even though you are in niche skill for long term. Reason : 1) Bad to worst bench policy : They change policy sometimes one month inside project and one month outside project and after that salary is zero in bench period. If your project is finished being a small organization unlikey you will find another option . Even though there are some Lead openings they will not consider architects because of pay band. So, you are automatically out of organization after 30 days and within 30 days bench period Talent Management will do nothing for you to tag. If your project is over it is high headache. 2) Organization day by day losing long term projects and all are short term projects 3) If you are in L7 band , even though you are in niche skill still not good to join. 4) Coming to tech stalk , not implementing high end technlogies and not allowing others to cross skill for seniors 5) For senior bands better to switch to crowded organization for job security.
