      Good banking project. Proper code structure and code review with good coding practices are followed. Good design docs are maintained for the banking client. Awesome peers. Amazing work-life balance. Long-term employment in the company can give you the chance to go to onsite.

      Cons

      No Hikes or appraisal. Only the CTC you will get what you were offered during the joining.
