No pros they will come up with very short term Projects and rotating you after every 6 months to different different or Project asking you to relocate they only work according to client not consider employees Side

Cons

No Salary Increment from last 2 year as they have short terms project your manager will keep change or most of the time you are on bench no one will discuss about salary increment no HR no Manager no one will talk to you about anything
