Pros
Flexible timings. Some managers are good; one can grow if aligned with the right manager for years. FInding it hard to come up with any more.
Cons
Poor Processes and mostly ill-thought. Of late, culture of "Management has the power to make others do things" is growing. So much so, activities being stuff down employees throat with little regard to feasibility or acceptability. New organizational initiatives seem to be knee-jerk reactions - to don't know what..
