Pros

Location, Flexibility , Salary Strucutre ( no variable pay), comparitively lesser work pressure

Cons

Following are the "SO CALLED" benefits provided to the employees: -- 75 thousand medical insurance only to the employee. Spouse/Children not covered. -- Low Salary -- No other Benefits -- Official Bench Policy ( This gets communicated after you join Mphasis and not before you join): You will get salary for 2-3 months after which they stop paying you. --Only 8 days Work From Home allowed. Mphasis as a company does not have a clear strategy for growth and the Sr. Management is worthless , in-competent and do not bother to communicate the truth to employees. Mphasis is a LOW COST vendor to HP and does not have the capability to win direct business on its own and ultimately ends up doing "dirty" work which other companies dont want to do. Ganesh Ayyar - CEO is the worst - he is a CA , finance guy and does not have any vision / knowhow of running an IT company.

Pros

Exposure to enterprise-scale clients, modern cloud technologies, and opportunities to work on complex data and AI initiatives. Colleagues were generally professional and technically capable.

Cons

Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
