Very good projects with development processes. Mphasis has a very good management and planning strategies. Support projects are sometimes challenging but there won't be a pressure of Deadline.
Cons
Pay grade structure for the minimum level employees and mid level employees should be considered to the employees satisfaction. VPP should be given at least 100 percent to the employee's who are at the minimum level.

Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
