      Good for people of so-called upper-caste. All opportunities and recognition are reserved for them.

      Cons

      Bad for everyone else. All efforts will be undermined. Recognition and opportunities will be denied.

      Cons

      Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
