If you are fresher then you can prefer to join in Mphasis. You will have a bond with company when you join as a fresher but don’t expect any growth in your carrier.
Cons
One of the Biggest waste companies in the world. They don’t have any ethics or any values. They simply talks about rules and values when you say something but no one follows from top to bottom in the organization. Now the company is facing issues with funds, so they are downsizing the employee’s strength. Currently company is having around 36,000 employees; they want to make it this number to 23 – 25000 (They are reducing employee’s size). People who are working in the company and who are having less than 5 years relation with company are target for releasing from the company. By using HR tricks (cunning), per day they are releasing 40-50 employee’s from Bangalore offices. My suggestion to the people who wants to join in Mphasis is, Better think of 3-4 times before joining in.
