Feedback For Mphasis- ITO 1. Management is fooled by TL's of the processes. 2. Employees are used like servants. 3. Politics 4. Inappropriate work distribution to corresponding employees at same level 5. TL's don't know ABC of process , but still guide others. 6. TL's are Lazy and just want to enjoy Life, when escalation or work assigned to them they get frustrated ... 7. TL's are get their work done by SME and senior employees and then forward it as their work to senior management / client
