Pros
I really love the environment here as more than 80% people I work with are fresh out of college and are open to any changes and think very differently to any problem at hand. Even though its a relatively big organization the towers work independently and hence are agile. Opportunity to learn things and take huge responsibilities if capable even for fledglings.
Cons
Bureaucracy so thick that it almost chokes us. more than often managers play favorites. Internal talents are neither get proper recognition they deserve nor do they get any rewards. the growth is directly proportional to your relation with your manager it might surprise you even if your performance is poor!! Open door policies are only on paper, I see all the doors shut and sealed and your suggestions/complaints often fall on deaf ears.
