      Pros

      If you stay for 10+years ,you can get all the big designation in the company.

      Cons

      Every now and then there is no project and people will be on bench. Worst it that,the company don't have project and the people who are on bench (respective of their fault,their salary is deducted and the bench policy is worst!!)
