Pros
Co-Workers are fantastic. Nice offices in US which includes free use of on site gym.
Cons
Zero work/life balance - many people work 70+ hours a weeks. There is less travel but only because the company can't afford it anymore. Employee retention is horrible with all of the best and brightest fleeing. There is still a pretty solid base of knowledge but with the ridiculous hours, they will leave as soon as they can. There are no new clients because Wyde has a well earned reputation of not completing implementations. Due to lack of clients/projects, Wyde lays off employees, further decimating their knowledge base. The system is built with a proprietary language and is complex so that when new employees are needed/hired, they take a long time to reach the skill set required to be successful. Upper management is in constant flux as they try to figure things out. So far their solutions have been to underpay/ lay-off/overwork the project and program level employees while creating more and more executive level roles (which means executive salaries).
