Pros
1. this company has a couple of good old client base for which it is able to sustain its business. so if you get to work for those clients, then you will get regular work, compensation and other benefits. 2. development work is sometimes challenging and good 3. flexible working hours of 8-9 hrs 4.
Cons
1. mid management is very biased towards employees and not that tech oriented. in fact, it is the first service company in today's time I found having more non-technical managers and they have been doing good politics with employee's career who are from technical background. 2. if you join for a project in this company, then take that project as your first and last project inside this company, since Internal Job switching is not that easy and all mid managers won't support you for IJPs. In fact there is a strong manager feedback based system virtually exist inside this company so that your next project will be allocated based on your previous managers feedback - not actually in written, but orally/verbal communication. so opting for other project in this company is a very very bad idea. otherwise leave the company. 3.management is not that employee favoring, instead they are business oriented. 4. employee satisfaction is very poor while working in this company. 5. very bad bench policy like 2 months full pay, 1 month half pay (if you are avg 3 rated) and another 6 months sabbatical where no pay no benefits-just long vacation time, then termination if not allocated to project.
