Well there are too many things to start with, First of all they will train you on those technologies which will be of no use to you, since these people won't deploy you to those projects which uses these technologies. Secondly, the pay scale is too poor. they pay very less compared to other companies. Third, the management and HR people won't even consider your opinion or choice. they will make you do whatever they want and make sure that you complete work for them. That's why freshers who by mistakenly get good project in whatever technology they're trained( one or two from each batch approx) stay in this company.
