      Pros

      - Work environment is good and hygienic(Bangalore office). - Work load is less comparative to other CMMI level 5 companies. - Flexible timings - It is Pioneer in Support and maintenance projects, if you are looking for development, Sorry then you are looking into wrong place. - If you have nothing else in your hand, u can go for it. Atleast it is better than nothing.

      Cons

      -Bad company for Freshers to start as it gives very low package and expect you to work like hell, even a watchman gets more than that. - No fun activities at all - Biggest cons of the company is that though it is under top 10 Indian based IT but it has only offices in South india means only 5 locations thats it. - One who comes to chennai can never expect for relocations.

      Exposure to enterprise-scale clients, modern cloud technologies, and opportunities to work on complex data and AI initiatives. Colleagues were generally professional and technically capable.

      Cons

      Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
