Pros
You can be on bench for over a year and still be paid for it. Just go check in and go roaming.Come back and check out after 6 to 8 hours. If you want your career to be in testing, then you can go for mphasis.
Cons
No systematic way of working. All they want to do is bill the client. There are only testing opportunities in bangalore. And production support in pune. Very few development opportunities. They do not even give sweets for diwali. Very stingy company. It 's a boring company. Boring atmosphere.
