Poorly managed services firm - Module Lead Mphasis Employee Review

- No big projects in US, just pure bodyshopping of resumes/resources - you mostly get projects based on clearing interviews with clients - poor benefits - no career path, no mentorship, - 2 weeks notice to get another project else face termination -- unstaffed delivery managers who do no planning and bring 0 revenue get to keep their jobs - hr is no use, they dont do anything except follow orders from delivery managers - top management doesnt take ground feedback except rolling out emails and surveys
