      1. Lack of projects in Mumbai 2. Just 2 months on bench and then 50% salary and then 0. If the new project length is less than 3 months then bench will start from where you left. 3. Bad shifts in some projects 4. ODC is very bad as mobile is not allowed. 5. Stressful environment for an employee during bench due to lack of projects in Mumbai
