I was able to get the level 1 experience I needed

Cons

There were no mphasis representatives at the site except once or twice the entire time I worked there. I worked with people openly brought drugs on site next to an air force base. Management refused to do their job and often played favorites. The desk is steadily getting worse and overall competence of employees is declining. There is no room to move up. There also appears to be sexism playing out in terms of who does get promoted. Overall Mphasis will likely lose the contracts it currently has in Tulsa
