Lots of potential but extremely bad senior management - Module Lead Mphasis Employee Review

Senior Management is so bad that deserving people never get what they deserve. There are lots of employees who are very strong to carry this company to greater heights, but due to incompetent project and senior managers people have been leaving the organization in flocks. Managers treat employees like a bunch of school kids and always try to stamp their authority on them. If you are in good terms with your manager you'll get everything you want even if you don't do any work.. The environment is becoming excessively toxic.
