      * No new projects in the pipe-line that are large deals (>500K USD). * Project managers and above - >80% are not hands-on. These folks will find it difficult to get a job outside. * While other mid-tier IT service organizations are making progress in revenue/GM, MphasiS is struggling to meet street expectations. * Is this organization another Satyam in the making? * VOE (Voice of Employee) survey shows dismal outcome.
