      Pros

      Company has been doing really very well as far as growth is concerned. In year 2020 one of survey rated Mphasis in best top 10 indian companies to work for. Compensation offered is really very well. There are growth opportunities if you really looking for challenging roles. There is rewards and recognition for your efforts.

      Cons

      Other benefits are not satisfactory like health insurance premium, bonus, variable pay. Infrastructure needs an improvement.
