      The co-workers were a great group of people

      Cons

      Promises to employees not kept Pay below standard Too many managers for a company this small Bad contracts - losing money Things were much better before the company was bought out Employees are leaving as fast as they can find new jobs No consistency between projects. Project Managers have too much autonomy.
