Pros
My particular situation i am in remote location and am rarely dealing with upper management as I complete all of my tasks on time with out issues. I get 120 pto hours due to length of service with the current client.
Cons
Mphasis recently had a 10% across the board cut in addition to the 17% cut experienced in 2015. Management is of no help in most situations and is fortunate to have outstanding techs who tackle challenges and strive for positive results.
