Pros
1. Bench policy, as like most MNC companies you will not be pushed away from company, there is a 6 month period you will be getting paid, after that you will still be an employee but you will not be paid. And internal job posts will be suggested by management team. 2. It's very good to have a good project.
Cons
1.Not suggested for a fresher or if you are expecting a good handful of worthy experience. 2. Salary hikes are really low. 3. Appreciation and benefits can be expected least.
