They don't have good and long term projects. If you join with more salary then be ready to get fired. They will use and throw you. No long term projects before joining they'll tell it is long term project and most of the projects gets ramped down in between. Then you'll be placed on bench. Getting new project on bench is as difficult as switching company. First your profile has to be shortlisted and later client round etc. Bench policy is worst 1 month full salary remaining 2 months half salary and after that sabatical for 6 months without pay andfinally firing from company. During covid situation also they want employees to work from office.
