Low wages In 4 years base salary increased from 56K - 61K , if you get another job in hand they pay 90-100k but wont increase otherwise. Worked all Non India hours weekday and weekends ( Morning 8 EST- 22.30 EST) without leave with no credit or comp offs. Manager just gave two option work or go Back India. Mandatory 40 hours training which takes more that 80-100 hours if we do it sincerely. To read or listen to course takes hour or two and get credits for lot less time. No comp off,its not added to your work hours. They get fix budget projects and place few resou to manage it where each resources has to put 10-12 hours daily with no bonus or other extra pay.
