      They have some good clients

      Cons

      Medical Insurance is one of the worst in the industry. You will have difficulties finding projects while on bench. They have standard 2 week bench policy at onsite. If you cant find project, they just let you go. Use and throw resource model results in many experienced resources being let go. One might have a job but its not possible to build your career here. Its an unreliable employer and one can't bank on it to receive a steady pay cheque over the years.

      Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
