      It is possible work at your pace. Bosses are Professionally average therefore easy to influence their decision, favourite people can earn respect and rewards.

      Cons

      No programs to manage. Hierarchy and anarchy. No growth professionally for deserving people. Much less experienced bosses. No professional environment, no clear transparent policy for identifying talent and retention.
