Too much work pressure - Delivery Module Lead Mphasis Employee Review

Java Backend Developer, Have joined Bangalore Mphasis ORR location (Bagmane techpark)- "Charles Schwab" Account. - Never join if it is "Charles Schwab" Account, work timing will be "15 Hour" per day, sometimes that too not enough... , even for other account I heard the same. They usually have less Man force to do their job - If you got married already, probably might get divorce after join Mphasis due to their worst "Work Life Balance" - No Architect to drive through the project, Leads will get overburden - Mostly migration from Mainframe to java, you may probably need to work on Mainframe as well - Too many Meeting... starts at 8.30am night 9pm, then you have to connect with onsite Coordinator at late night (1 or 2 am). Then when the employee will get sleep? - 6 to 7 Tech Leads recently resigned in last 2 months due to the "work pressure", they works more than 5+ years with good Domain knowledge, but company don't know how to utilise them properly. This Account lost most of Tech Leads due to overload of Task. - You would see always Mphasis HR will hire candidates every month due to people run out of company even they join recently. Lol... - During manageral round they would say, you would get chances to work on latest Tech stack like "CICD bamboo, PCF cloud" like that. But behind the scene lots of legacy work is also there. - Strictly I will not recommend anyone to join Mphasis. That too for senior position from "Tech Lead" and above designation. - You can filter/search Glassdoor review for Mphasis banglore, already it's under rated only - Management will never listen to your concern, worst management I have ever seen in my carrier - While relieving you will struggle for months to get Experience, Relieving Letter and Full & Final settlement
