      Pros

      Depends on project, they put you to onsite jobs, for short term of only. You got to be nice and smart to managers to get good reviews.

      Cons

      No work- person life balance, the ones who joined as freshers have no growth. They appreciate your work just with an appreciation card over an email. Promotion after so many efforts having to talk to manager to get one.
