1.level of engagement with employees is very dissatisfying. 2.No information is made transparent by Project Managers to employees. 3.Feel isolated in the company at times. 4.Lot of internal politics. 5.Bench policy is not clear. 6.Admin work and process is very delayed 7.Although you say open and transparent culture,of course it is open but not transparent. You will not come to know anything about your performance. Feedback is almost non existent. 8.In APPS employees are treated like just another resource and no respect for them.
