Pros
I found it to be good for people who come from small companies or freshers. Because, they might get some learning curve. However, they should not stay with the firm for very long as their intellectual capital would start depreciating gradually.
Cons
Total "Mphasis" on cost cutting! 4-5 years back, Mphasis was famous for giving people onsite opportunities. However, after HP took over, no rewards, no promotions, no salary hikes, no onsite opp is being given. Mphasis is recruiting now like a freak however, there is no respect to the old loyal employees for their long tenure and loyalty towards company!
