Pros
-> Not much Work pressure -> As no one has a plan to stay longer ( even Managers) , Every one has "Let it be" attitude. So have its fun working (with very less work) here.
Cons
-> There is a hidden Bench Policy which says if you are in bench for 2 months you salary will reduce to half of CTC and if in bench for 4 months you wont get salary and you will be forced to stay at home -> Bench Policy is no where in written but its common practice. Atleast 10 people I know have there salary reduced to half. -> Body Shoppers for HP , Management for most of the projects is HP's and Mphasis employee get directions from HP Managers, Who think mphasis employees are 2nd grade. -> No Onsite -> Very less compensation. -> Freshers are exploited. No Hike for 2 years ( 2 years Bond) . Ppl who joined as Freshers and have 3.3 years exp now gets 2.7L
