Not suitable for longer tenure. Bench policy is bad if you don't clear interviews your job is at risk. Interviews will be tough like external interviews even for internal employees. After two months on bench no pay. Onsite folks have more power even if you work well if they don't like you they'll try their best to harass you and release from the project. Join when there is no option. Company will use and throw you and you should also be vice versa. ATB
