      Sister company of TCS, HCL, Infosys, TechM Good work-life balance Work from home option Good work culture; Relocation within the country is not very difficult Good onsite opportunities for developer to managers Employee friendly hr policies and procedures

      Very few good employee and leaders who is staying for long time in company Many leads and managers came from Mphasis BPO (keep in mind) 80% managers do not know what "project management" and "team lead" stand for Most of Sr. management people are doing time-pass Transport is not good
