Pros
Good professional and personal life balance. Peace of Mind working in this company as even during very bad market situation, they don't fire employees, they just temporarily stop the salary hike and keep 5% of salary as a variable pay which is paid quarterly as per company's overall performance. some times we get 110% or 120% . sometimes 97% or 98%. I think that is justified keeping in mind that lot of organization remove employees without thinking about how the employees can maintain their family.
Cons
sometimes working for long period hurts as you don't get the hike as per the outside market but I think every company does the same thing when they hire from outside, give good hike but do not give their own employees any comparable hike.
