1. Policies are not followed by managers!!! 2. Policies are different than what is followed in the organization!!! 3. Company is becoming consultancy!!! Client has the power to accept or reject the person without proper feedback. 4. Company reduced cost of running by reducing hike instead of providing honest service to it's clients. 5. It lie to both client and it's employees. 6. Quality of the software developed for client can be determined by it's internal applications 7. Resources are placed by lying. JD is different than the requirement. 8. Resources are manipulated. Greater the resource's personal commitment, more likely to end up in a job which can be done by 1 year experienced person. 8. Company is still in the era of 1900 and expects resources to unleash the next with the machine which you will get only here!!! 9. Managers will change without your knowledge and intimation. 10. If you question the policies and attitude of the company, you will end up in bench and eventually in sabbatical n jobless!!? 11. some managers do not even have knowledge that there is no LAN port on hand held devices. Bottom line is you need to check all the policies of any company, organisation structure especially which affects your job before you accept the offer. In any organization, do not believe on verbal communication. Get in writing. Recently most of the companies are restricting it's employees to not even share their designation on social media and job portals. We should seek provisions of law here. I am not able to find my last post in glassdoor. What should I deduce from this? Is it deleted? Glassdoor team, I need your clarification. I have lot of concerns on how the resources are manipulated which I have not mentioned here. I am still looking for honestly anonymous platform to share my findings.
