Commutation Service at par with others.Variable Pay or Bonuses are good , time and again on quarterly or annually basis.Compensation too is at par with other organisations.
Cons
Strenuous Bench Policy. If no project for 2 months , salary stopped or reduced to half and complete halt after 1 or max 2 months after that. As such no job stability at all.
