Mandatory training is bad, it would be better to set dates and get new employees to complete them by their own. Little to no communication with management or human resources. Very few stays working because they place you in positions that require years. Ex: you get placed in an 8-year software developer position where the client pays 140k, but you receive 60k. Since you don't have that experience it will be hard to fulfill your duties, but there are some cases of brilliant employees that can.
