* There's nothing wrong with Mphasis that you won't find working remote at any other big consulting firm. * The projects you are assigned to matter more than working for Mphasis, and you have little control over your assignment. * I earned about 15% more with this consulting job than comparable employee offers. But had too little personal agency and too little opportunity to level up. * I was led to believe I would challenging DevOps & AWS assignments, level up, and earn more. Instead I got 1.5 years more experience doing the same thing I've done before. * I would have been better off as a Giant Co employee automating my own job and / or climbing the corporate ladder. Or being an independent consultant.
