Pros

People are easy going and tend to help each other, if your own task has been completed, no need to do further task it's up to you to decide your spare time. No need to take responsibility for product developement, basically, do as customer said, you are focus on testing only.

Cons

On-site HPE, hard to grasp key knowledge and do not have decision making the developement of product, due to it's a third party IT service company. It's possible customer will ask you to help on chore which are not related to testing, such as lab HW management, labeling the HW about to store in...etc. If poor at manage the colleague relationship, works will be harder.
