      Cons

      Low salary package. 24 hours work and even weekends. No job security. No work ethics. They will not credit your PF amount in your PF accounts, instead they will keep it their trust & finally they hold these amount during exit process. You will be terminated suddenly by a phone call without any notice. They will not provide any notice, instead they will ask for some lump-sum money in order to get the exit letters.

      Exposure to enterprise-scale clients, modern cloud technologies, and opportunities to work on complex data and AI initiatives. Colleagues were generally professional and technically capable.

      Cons

      Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
