they dont allow mobiles,wallets in odc ,everytime frisking while entering. you are locked for 9 hrs. they dont give variable pay components, its a trap. if you have vp in your ctc then consider it 10 % minus ,you will never get it. they dont have projects or big clients . they get pieces of big projects which are left vy tcs,wipro due to low bidding. hikes are delayed and as good as nothing. no cabs or allowances even for late evening shifts. paid meals are worst quality.
