Return to office is 3 days a week. Irrespective of public holidays. Even on public holidays they asking to compensate on other days, this is ridiculous, come to office or take leave . Managers are old school folks they want lots of reports to be shared by leads apart from their Tasks. literally managers will eat daily 2 hours of time by scheduling some unnecessary meetings. And they will take the logs of office /VPN and keep track on how many days coming to office this the micromanagement they will do. Pissed off with the managers/Directors.
