Pros
I am deeply honored and genuinely humbled to be considered for the ACE award. Throughout my 23 years of journey at Mphasis, my experiences have been filled with moments of growth, challenges, good memories and heartfelt connections with colleagues and the customers community we serve. For me, the ACE award embodies not just professional accomplishments but also a commitment to character and excellence in all aspects of my life. It represents a dedication to a higher standard, not just for oneself but for the benefit of the team and the broader community. There are several experiences that has profoundly shaped my understanding of character and excellence was when my teams and I faced a significant projects setback. We were at a crossroads and the easy path would have been to place a blame or give in to frustration. However, I witnessed our team's resilience and commitment to upholding Mphasis core values of integrity and collaboration. In those moments, I realized that it's during the toughest times that our character truly shines. The experience taught me the importance of leading by example and fostering an environment where character and excellence are not just ideals but lived principles. It's about supporting one another, remaining committed to our values, and always striving for the best, even in the face of hardship. What fuels my passion for character and excellence is the belief that they are the cornerstones of our personal and professional growth. It's not about perfection but about the relentless pursuit of becoming the best version of ourselves, both individually and as a team. Receiving the ACE award would be a testament to the values I hold dear and a recognition of the collective effort of our teams. I am filled with immense gratitude for the opportunities I've had to learn, grow, and contribute. This nomination is not just an acknowledgment of my efforts but a celebration of our shared journey towards achieving character, excellence and enduring success.
Cons
As general as any organization and nothing much particular.
