      Pros

      Nothing great, but can have onsite opportunity based on projects. Some older clients with projects going on.

      Cons

      typical service based company with culture and policies, micro politics in every projects, dont dare to go against any managers there- you may be put out of projects. 3 month bench system based on annual review ratings, no pay after bench period- you have to resign and search.

      Cons

      Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
