1. Worst for work life balance 2. Managers and Leads daily ask to extend working hours, sometimes you may get ask to work on your leave day 3. You will not get reimbursement for working on national holiday, extended support hours 4. Lot of micromanagement and Politics from Leads and Managers 5. No hike/appraisals, you will get only 20-30% of variable pay amount than actual declared in your joining letter 6. There is deviation in actual roles offering for working than you interviewed for the profile.
