1. No hike for the past 4 years by now 2024. 2. Variable component not released to all the company employees. 3. No recognition for well skilled and performance oriented professionals. 4. No respect for employees. 5. Very poor bench concept in this company. 6. Salary cut during bench period. 7. No wfh 8. Ugly politics by management. 9. Revenge behavior by Management For the reportees. 10. No onsite. 11. Company is rigid in the decision of profit making hence squeezing it's employees for the company owns benefit. 12. No work-life balance.
